No light on Blacx Docking Station

It seems my hard drive has stopped working with my Blacx docking station. It was working just fine the other day and now has stop working. The light on the docking station turns on with no hard drive in it but no light shines when my hard drive is docked in it. Why is this happening?

The docking station you have is for temporary connections like backing up a drive, cloning a drive, testing a drive, etc....it was not meant as a permanent connection. The drive may not be connecting to the dock properly, or the drive may have stopped working.
