No Logon screensaver

I understand there is a way to have a screensaver PRIOR to the multiple logon screen. For example, currently when the computer is first turned on but no one logs into one of two accounts, W7 just sits at the screen showing both accounts. Never goes into a screensaver. Can someone clarify how to set up a "logon" screensaver for W7? I've seen a reference to this on winhelponline but did not understand it. Thanks.

I believe this method just gives you a blank screen and it appears as if the computer is off.

Yes, it will give a blank screen. Unfortunately you cannot have a screensaver prior to the login screen because it was made impossible by microsoft since vista due to security reasons.
