Question no longer have access to security remotely

Hi all I have a night owl security system and it's working, just not fully I had remote access to it via phone last night. However this morning I updated my router firmware and didn't realize the cameras weren't plugged in during the update. Now when the cameras are plugged in I no longer have access to them on my phone how can I fix this

Updating the router firmware probably put all of those external access setting back to original config.

You'll have to log in to the router and reset them as needed.

So I have no idea what did it but I set up a port forwarding to it got some what of a response but still no access to the cameras on the app. Unplugged the security cameras from the router and my PC switched their ports had access to the cameras switched ports back lost signal adjusted port forwarding somewhat and fully restarted the router and security system at the same time and bam working again
