I have two GTX 560's originally in SLI, i started my PC up today and Nvidia Control Panel no longer has the SLI configuration and doesn't recognize the cards as SLI, i have checked to make sure the bridge is properly attached and restarted with no success. My PC did go through quite a few Windows Updates, but i don't know why that would remove SLI capability, hope ive given enough detail. Any Help?

Thanks in advance. :)

I did as you said, saidly its no longer picking up thats its SLI

Device manager shows both my gpus under display adapters and i have the Maximus V Formula, and the ROG downloads for the motherboard say they are last updated in september 2012

My PC recognizes both my GPUs no matter which slots i put them in, it just doesn't appear to recognize the SLI bridge, which it did before the windows updates.

I don't believe it has second connectors, and only have one sli bridge available at the moment and cant seem work out where i could get my hands on one, i cant imagine that it could be the bridge as it was working fine yesterday.

Thanks for the help, but i have found out what is wrong, i managed to damage the PCI-E x8 Slot (not 100% how) and moved the card to the PCI-E x4 slot, i have since read that SLI requires btoth cards to be using at least x8... so i guess thats a new motherboard for me (a very early upgrade i guess), Thanks for the help all, sorry for taking up you time. :)

Sometimes when it is not reading the full speed, it is because the card is not fully seated. You could try removing it, blowing compressed air down the slit, make sure the pins on the card is clean, then put it back and make sure it is not tugged out of the slot at all, in case the back plate pulls on it.
