Question No longer see other WiFi's when I press the internet option Please Help

So before, My computer was able to pick up Wireless Wifi's from around the house, etc but once I tried updating some drivers (Don't remember what Driver I was updating from Driver Booster) I updated about 2-3 drivers and it worked fine but once I pressed "Update" on "Network Adapter" It was in the process of installing/updating and then I received a blue screen saying "My computer ran into some problems" (something like that) and it gave me 2 options to either Shutdown the computer or something else, I dont remember. This was in the morning. Anyways, Once I clicked "Shutdown" and turned the computer back, I noticed that I don't have wireless internet anymore. I clicked the icon to join my internet again but no wireless connection showed.

Then I tried to Trouble Shoot it and this showed up. It never showed up before and I never needed an Ethernet cable to use my computer
