Hi all!
Just like I said in title, my FPS drops down below 30 for a split second and it becomes normal but that's happening like every 10 seconds and happens in every game. I don't know what causes it, CPU or graphic card or any application, so I'm desperately asking for help.
I'm using Lenovo Y700 (https://www.lenovo.com/us/en/laptops/ideapad/ideapad-y700-series/Ideapad-Y700-15/p/88IPY700618) and I didn't change any components. I bought it like 3.5 years ago and the problem is happening for like 7-8 months. Like a year ago I could play brand new games like Apex Legends with medium settings with 1600x900 res but nowadays I couldn't even play older games like CoD 5 on lowest settings. Installing games on SSD or HDD didn't change anything. I also did format my laptop a month ago, everything became normal for 2 weeks. But now, still same problem.
I tried like every solution I saw but stuttering still occurs. I can also share in-game videos or anything you want.

All tests are done while internal and external cooling was open. Also all my CPUs passed Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool. Like I said, I can add more files if needed. Thanks for responses!
