No Monitor After First Boot

I recently moved. My PC is now doing this thing where it first stopped outputting to the monitor. Then I removed non essential PC parts, all the RAM, and then put 1 stick of RAM back in. It boots just fine. I even played (and won) a full game of solitaire. Then when I shut it down and turn it back on, there is no immediate output to the monitor, starts turning off and on, briefly shows motherboard logo during one of the restarts, and then loops on this until I force it to turn off with the power button. Turning it on again puts it into the boot looping again.

I fixed it! I eventually got a "BIOS Corrupted" message and my motherboard was able to restore my bios from a backup bios. What a handy feature! So if anyone come across something similar I imagine reinstalling the BIOS from a usb would have also done the trick.
