No monitor connection

I just built a pc and installed everything as following a video. I go to plug it in everything has power motherboard lights up the USB's in the motherboard work as they light up my keyboard but my monitor is reviving no signal and yes I'm using intergrated graphics. I've tried hdmi vgi and dsub cable. Pls help with any suggestions
