Question no monitor display after disabling csm

asrock b250m hdv
ramaxel lenovo 8gb 2400mhz
samsung 512gb ssd

I accidently setting all Launch PXE OpROM Policy, Launch Storage OpROM Policy, Launch Video OpROM Policy from legacy to Do not Launch

PC on, Fan on, Keyboard On, Monitor no display

also before this happened, whenever I boot up, it always display
Reboot and select proper boot device
during that time, I notice windows boot manager and samsung ssd on boot priority

I was just transferring cpu, ram, and ssd from other computer which it has window 10 pro
please tell me how to fix it

well, you should be able to fix it with clearing cmos

as for your boot issue, first boot priority should be windows boot manager

have a look on your motherboard for a cmos if you have the new motherboard should the back end of the motherboard or if you have the old motherboard it will be the the pins or take out the battery to clear the cmos before you do that turn off the pc and unplug the power cable from back of the psu first

thank you, now i can access back the bios but its still showing

during POST you can press F11 for boot menu, see if one of those boot options would boot to windows

then download rufus

plug in some empty usb flash disk
open rufus,
under device, select your flash drive
under boot selection, select disk or iso image, then click selec button near it and pickup there UEFI-Shell-2.2-22H1-RELEASE.iso
then click start button

once done, boot from it with your PC
something like command line will show up
type in:
BCFG boot dump
list of boot entries will apear (from uefi cache)
each boot entry will have number (option number)

here we can see three boot entries
now delete all of them, one by one with this command:
BCFG boot rm # (replace # with option number - ex: bcfg boot rm 01)
confirm all boot entries are gone with bcfg boot dump command
turn off PC, disconnect any drives which doesnt have windows on it
then try to boot your pc

Sorry you do not need to download rufus you can download windows 10 from the website and than open it soon it is finished and it will be in your download and than open it and select it what it says

its not technically fully fixed, everyt ime i restart my pc it goes back to

and i have to do usb method all over again

try this:
go to bios settings, around boot options should be CSM compatibility mode, keep that enabled, under CSM settings should be storage options either legacy or UEFI, switch it to UEFI, press F10 to save and exit, then reboot

things now got back to worse so...
previously it was set to Do Not Launch, i switch it to UEFI, restart pc and it still goes back to reboot screen. and when i switch it back to before and use the usb method, it goes back to reboot screen.

you might need windows 10 boot media, try to repair your boot drive from there, choose there Repair your computer, in throubleshoot options run a startup repair
if that fails to boot your windows, go back to throubleshoot->advanced options to open command line
type in:
bootrec /fixboot
bootrec /rebuildbcd
then reboot
if this fail, windows 10 reinstall might be needed
