One day I decided to start my computer and I got a problem.
After the login screen, I keep getting no signal on my monitor and my mouse and keyboard turn off.
I later find out that if I uninstall my GPU drivers the problem goes away.
I also find out that my GPU works fine on the lower x8 PCIe slot but then it's slower as it's on the x8.
I tried reinstalling drivers using DDU.
I tried doing a windows repair.
I tried a BIOS reset.
But nothing worked.
Please help

Specs:
OS: Windows 11 Pro

It tested slower? X8 speed is likely fine with a 570

It kinda works so basically,
When its on the top one with the drivers installed, I have signal to my monitor but after I login to windows I do not get any signal.
If I uninstall my drivers, it works on my top slot.
