No monitor signal but fans, working

I've recently finished building my first pc and my monitor says no signal but all parts are functioning. btw i used hdmi cable from the monitor and connected it to the motherboard's hdmi port and monitor says no signal. i doesn't have the gpu, i just want to try if its working so i tried turning it on and still no display on the monitor. these are my system specs:

These are all new and still don't know why my monitor doesn't have display. should i wait for the gpu? please help me i've spent a lot of time, effort and money for my first pc build. really hope you can help me. thanks a lot

btw i also have a SSD samsung evo 850.

well you should 1st check the PC with only One Ram Stick if it still doesnt boot then use VGA or DVI cable and check
and your Board Gives what code? your motherboard has Q-Led Code

i will try the ram stick thing. my mobo doesn't have system speaker so i don't receive any beep.. the q-led code is 62 and according to manual nothing is debugging if it's 62.
