No monitor signal, dram led red

Hi, the dram led on my P8h67m evo is red, and there is no monitor signal. Also when I press dram led button to turn pc odd then hold it down till it turns back on, the dram led starts flashing. I checked the manual and know that ram stick layout isn’t a problem and also that it doesn’t matter anyway. Any help would be much appreciated thank you.
