So basically i changed the computer cpu and power supply. And everything starts but on monitor shows nothing and i cant hear the sound of windows startup either in my headphones, i think my motherboard is fried or? Any answer is welcome :)

So basically i changed psu after the problem appeard means that it appeared before so i bought new psu and it still doesnt work though i could try to find another motherboard laying around my house and change it to the one i have right now so i will know what the problem was

Well that's a different problem entirely, and would have been helpful information to have to begin with, lol. But yes, if your computer died and you have swapped CPU's and PSU's and neither solved the problem, it is likely your motherboard is fried. Does it have any bad capacitors on it? Have you tried clearing the CMOS? What happens if you pull all the RAM out and try to boot it? It should beep like crazy. If it doesn't do anything, then yes, it's likely fried. If it beeps like crazy with no RAM, it's a good sign.

everything is connected to the graphics card.
