Question No monitor throughput after BIOS update

Hi all,
So I just received a new GPU, my system wasn't detecting it and I saw a few posts saying updating your mobo's BIOS sometimes worked. I did an "instant flash" update using a usb drive, update seemed to go off without a hitch, but after it rebooted I'm not getting any throughput to my monitor.

I've tested with 3 different monitors now, across 2 cable-types. I detached all my connector pins, no dice. Detached RAM and hard drives and peripherals besides monitor and power cable, nothing. I think I've cleared CMOS data, not sure, never done it before but I followed my user manual to a T.

I'm at a loss on how to proceed and would really appreciate any advice.

My mobo is the Asrock H110M-itx/ac. I'd be happy to provide further system specs if needed.

What GPU did you get?

Also are you plugging you monitor into your motherboard or the graphics card video output?

MSI RX5700 xt

I pulled the GPU out after the issue began and I couldn't get throughout from either the mobo or the GPU, to make sure output would be going through the motherboard.

Oh, and my motherboard doesn't make any boot sounds or have any LEDs on it, just in case anyone was wondering.
