No More Realtek

So, I opened my computer today and my realtek audio manager has disappeared. I don't know what happened, all I know is that I can't use my headphones anymore. I tried to download the drive off the site and it doesn't work. Is there an alternate drive or something I can download to be able to use my headset/mic.
