I'm looking for a 144hz 1440p monitor for my new PC i7 7700K/zotac 1080 ti, but I can't decide which should I get. My only requirements are 144hz, 1440p, no motion blur, tearing, sttutering and flickering. I don't care for panel type, both IPS and TN are good with me.

I really like the Benq XL2735, but it lacks g-sync. Acer predator XB271HU caught my attention, however I 'd prefer the Benq, because it has lower input lag. Do I need g-sync with 144hz? Or should I pick a different monitor? Any feedback is appreciated.

Well im not an overwatch player, but I know a lot of pro CSGO players will actually lower rez and details to minimum thats why I ask.

You dont need much for overwatch either. Too many pro players who yes very good at their game need to brush up on HW more and not just go for latest and greatest. But yeah monitor you dont want to skimp, go with the gsync of course, that is I mean if you even use vsync. Lotsa pro players turn that off too. I never turn Vsync off I cant stand the tearing. But yeah Gsync benq with 144 hz would be a good choice

The Benq monitor got Dynamic Accuracy instead of g-sync. The Acer has g-sync included and I'm wondering which is better for video quality and performance

Just a blacklight to reduce perception of image blur or ghosting. Any good 1ms monitor wont ghost in first place, Id go for whatever high refresh rate Gsync option you like
