Okay so i know there are numerous posts about this before but in my case disabling driver signature enforcement doesn’t work and I’ve already tried every possible usb config combination in bios which in my asus A320M is only legacy usb support, XHCI hand-off, usb mas storage driver support, and, port60/40 emulation. Both USB mouse and keyboard don’t work, plugging from the rear usb ports(motherboard) and the front(case). Im using windows 7 and probably need to enter something in CMD with safe mode i just dont know what.

Could be the fact that Win 7 doesn't support USB 3 at all. Or was that only during installation? I just remember being unable to install from a USB stick, would not recognize it.
Have you tried connecting to USB 2 ports or Keyb to PS/2?

okay so i found out that windows 7 doesn’t support ryzen am4 that’s why the usb ports aren’t working. I need the drivers so i can put it into a bootable usb. Have any idea where i can get them?
