No Mouse Connects To Computer

Hi, I come to you with a problem today. My computer will not connect with any mouse. I have tried five different mice and none have worked. Some of mice I plug in the red LED will come on and it will say it couldn't install driver software others won'the be reconized at all. I have confirmed all of these mice work on other computers. I tried to reset my computer with only a keyboard but I can't go through the contoller panel with only a keyboard.

Please state your system components. Are the mice PS2 or USB?
