Question No mouse,no keyboard,no screen

Hey guys so I have the following problem, my Windows 10 PC started having the issue where it would randomly crash and then get stuck in a loop where it would keep restarting itself, I managed to rectify the issue but it reoccurs every now and then. Now however the PC is running but I have no power to the keyboard,the mouse and also my screens are not turning on. I have reseated everything,my drivers are up to date as well ,I have also changed the CMOS batt. We are having loadshedding but I unplug the power before hand,please give me options or ideas on what the issue could be .
