oK, Sometimes, when I boot up my compter, I get the EVIL msgsrv32 error! I built this comp half a year ago and NEVER EVER had this problem until a month or so ago. I didn't pay any heed to it before but it's beginnging to REALLLY bug me and I was wondering what COULD be the problem? How would I go around and fixing the problem? Here are my specs and thanx ahead of time!

p3 533eb
p3v4x with ic chip cooled
geforce2mx vid card<really cheap brand, forgot what brand> with new det3 drivers
128 pc133 generic ram
sb live! value sound card

1 plextor cdrw
1 generic cdrom
1floppy

anyway, i don't think it's hardware....again, thnx!

I've been Dazed and Confused for so long... 😱

I just had the same problem yesterday when I put an old hard drive back in the system as a slave on primary. I didn't have the jumpers correctly set at first, but finally figured it out. Now when I boot the system it locks with the Msgsrv32 problem. I hope someone has some ideas on how to resolve this.

this error is sometime asscoiated with networking problems.
try pulling your network card out of the PC and booting into windows.

I have run into this problem before and one of the fixes was to re-install Novell client32 for my novell network..

Hope this suggestion helps.
