Question No Network Adapters for internet (New Build

Storage: Western Digital BLACK SERIES 2 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 8 GB Founders Edition Video Card
Case: Fractal Design Meshify C ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA G3 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

So the problem is that I cannot detect my ethernet cable for internet access. I can not find any network adapters.
  1. have installed the drivers and utilities from the CD that comes with the motherboard.
  2. also updated windows with all of its updates as well, using my phone wifi internet through the usb to the computer.
  3. reinstalled windows 10
Any other ideas?

Was referring to the network driver installer you posted the error from. The Realtek I mentioned is on page 52 of the online manual.

Turned off glabal c state and reinstalled the drivers. Nothing happended.

As for the realtek I do not have the option for it in bios like the manual has it. Under Setting >Advance >. I have the other option but not the realtek one.
 
Is a cable in the network port now? Without seeing the BIOS, the only thing I can think of is to go to device manager and let it search again for drivers for that device. Usually the installer puts them in a temp folder on the drive, but it would depend on how that installer operates. If that doesn't work, I would recommend contacting MSI to see what they suggest.

Yes, their is a cable in the port. What are you suggesting to do? I looked at device manger and told it to look for new hardware and I still dont have a network adapter to update for the port
