-At the bottom right, it shows an 'X' with the symbol when you connect your computer to the ethernet ( but my computer can't even plug in ethernet! )
- In Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network Connetions, It says this folder is empty.
- In device manager, there used to be 1 device driver under network adapters that had an '!' , i accidentally uninstalled it and all the other drivers under network adapters also somehow got removed
-I then tried to add all the legacy drivers but all of them now have an "!"
-I tried resetting my pc but that did not fix it
-This all started after an update to windows

Please help me! How do I get my computer to be able to connect to wifi!?

Solution
Hello,

You will have to find the device only inside device manager even if it has no driver.
Then get Hardware id and google it.

Regards.

I cannot find the Network Adapters tab in Device manager, anyway, trying to update it before i accidentally uninstalled it but it did not do anything -- It just said it was the most updated one (Even though there was still a " ! " and wasn't working )
