No Network adaptor in device manager

Lan problem - The Ethernet cable is plugged in, made sure the port and wire were working, which they were.

Specs:
Mobo: MSI B150 Gaming M3
CPU: Intel core i5-6500
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1060 6GB 6GT OC
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (1x8)
HDD: WDC 1TB 7200RPM
PSU: Evga 500W 80+

Theres also no network adaptor in my device manager what should i do?

Go to MSI website and download drivers for your motherboard (which will included the LAN network adapter). Follow installation instructions they provide.
