[SOLVED] No network connection

Just switched cases and built a pc for the first time. Conected every component but when I turned the computer on i don't have internet conection. The cable is conected to the router

You said you build a new PC so im guessing that its a fresh new Windows installation as well?(Can you explain what method did you use to install your Windows and what Windows Operaring system are you currently running?)
Can you please list us your Computer specs?
Have you tried reinstalling your ethernet adapter driver and repluged the LAN cable...Also make sure that your Windows has the Network driver installed in Device manager.
Use the Windows troubleshooter to fix the problem

Thanks for the help. I meant to say that i changed the case and put all my components in the new case.
I ended up reinstalling windows and it worked.
