no network drivers

tried downloading the drivers from HP via usb that does not work tried factory reset but it is greyed out so can not do that any ideas it is a HP Pavillion6823w

Download the corresponding files from here, put them on your usb and try installing

If you already did use these links, than try going through windows troubleshooting, by searching troubleshooting in the start menu or with windows key+f for windows 8, followed by searching troubleshooting. Click the main result, it should pop up a decent gui that will lead you through the steps.

If it fails to find an issue, try doing the following: Search system restore, click the result (system restore) find the earliest resource point with functioning internet

If none of these options have worked, I suggest that you contact HP customer support using a seperate device at this link:
http://support.hp.com

If you have a grudge against customer support as I do, I suggest that you try to find alternate downloads for Realtek Network Controller Driver, or Realtek Wireless Network Controller driver on any other reputable site and installing those via USB.
