No network on new Mobo

Hi! I bought a new motherboard and set it all up today. I cannot get the Internet to work with this one. I havr installed all the drivers there is, searched the web, tried everything I’ve read so far. Installed the Intel Management Engine Interface, resetting my router, different cable, diagnostic in Windows, Device Manager has no yellow triangle, I’ve used CMD ipconfg /release and yeah.. Any tips?

and this motherboard have a make and model?
Any of the light on Ethernet port turn on when you plug in the cable?
