So I planned to upgrade my Ryzen 5 2600 to a Ryzen 5 5600X.

Before changing the CPU I updated my BIOS from F32 to F40 and then to F61 for Ryzen 5 5000 series support. After updating the BIOS I tried to boot into Windows from my Samsung 970EVO Plus 1TB which contains the OS and all my personal data, games etc..
I was thrown into the BIOS and my EVO wasn't listed in the boot priority anymore.
When I go into NVME Settings it shows "No NVME device found"

Steps I tried to solve the problem:
  • Reinstalled the NVME
  • Reverted BIOS to F32
  • Booted from a windows installation stick to check if Windows can find the NVME Drive.
  • Checked the NVME in another PC were it wasn't shown in Windows or BIOS either.
