Hello,

I have a Lenovo Laptop y540-15IRH :
GPU: gtx 1660ti
CPU: Intel Core I7-9750H 2.60Hz
MOBO : InsydeH2O

On the website it said the CPU can go up to 4 Ghz. Does it do it automatically when I play games ?

I tried Lenovo Vantage, no CPU overclock option.
I went to the BIOS, no overclock options. Should I update the BIOS ? I don't think it could be because of the Bios. Laptops usually come with the latest BIOS version. But I will give you the BIOS verson, it is : BHCN35WW.

I don't want to overclock my Cpu but I want all features to be available on my Laptop even if I don't use them.
Another question would be : Should I update my Bios ? (We're not talking about the overclock, I am just asking if it is a good thing to do it. I've searched on the Internet and it doesn't give any performance boost, it just fixes "bugs and glitches". With updating the bios, there come more errors and maybe BSOD. Is it true ?)

Sorry for my Bad English
I wait for a response.
