no onboard sound

hi guys hope you can help i have a gigabyte g970a-ds3 , and ive just recently bought 1866 ram , as typical gigabyte style it wont find the ram , so i moved each module to the blue slots ,now i have no on board sound or usb function can anyone help

Have you tried re-installing the drivers? You might have to un-install them first.
