Greetings

I have 2 devices. PC, W10 (TOSHIBA SATELLITE C75D-B7260) and SMARTPHONE 6.0.1 (SAMSUNG S6 EDGE)

I live in this apartment and everyone lost internet at the same time. When it came back, nor of my devices was able to connect to this particular network. Everyone else's were fine.

They work in other networks however, the computer it's iffy on some guest networks that don't present problems for other people.

- I played around with command on the PC to reset security settings. Although I was successful resetting them, nothing changed.
- I uninstalled network adapters so they would reinstall and have everything fresh
- If I connect another (coffee shop) network that doesn't work directly through the PC, THROUGH the smartphones hotspot, it will work.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

While it's a good thought, the same thing happens on the coffee shop. The computer won't get in, but the phone will.
At the dept, both won't go on this particular network.

And the only person who has access to the router, is the same person who was helping me figure this out for like an hr.

If he was being that much of an ass, he wouldn't have wasted an hr of this time helping me.

THanks!
