Hi, I am looking at buying a pc it says that there is no OS included does this mean I will get a trial version of windows or what happens? Can I still use the pc as normal? Can I boot up and install a free trial of windows 10 after the boot

"No OS" means no operating system. At all. No trial, nada.
It is up to you to get your own.

From a different working PC, you can create your own Win 10 install here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
You can isntall and run it Unactivated, until you can purchase a valid license. Around $85-$90.

Or some Linux variant.



However, is this a used system? If so, you have limited means to actually test it before money changes hands.
