No operating system is booting

I have an asus z370-a prime and intel core i7 8700. The operating system was ubuntu 18.04. Someday when I turned on my computer, bios came up and nothing happened. I can see my SSD as the only boot option and when I choose it as boot overdrive, nothing happening and it goes back to bios. I tried to install a new ubuntu. When I choose the "install ubuntu" (Grub Menu) between the options, the screen stays black for ever and nothing happening. I even tried windows 10. The installation process didn't begin.( error says : insert the installation Media ). I tried bios reset but it didn't work. ( I think the booting process is not beginning at all cases )

go in to you bio and check to see if you have uefi or legacy set for boot drives, try tapping f8 while booting and see if you have a different option as well.
