No operating system

I run Windows 8. When I turn computer on it says no operating system. Last time I used it it was working fine. Have no restore disks. Tried to boot with F9 will not work. I don't know what to do now. Can I buy a restore disk.

no need. download windows 8 and install it in a flashdrivve and boot the PC with the flahdrive.

I can't get to Windows 8. When I boot up it says no operating system won't key me go any further then that
