No operating system!

After upgrading from windows7 ultimate to 10 my desktop says no operating system and will not let me boot older windows 7 new puter cd saying no bootable disc in either drive! Help

Make sure no flash drive is plugged in and the hdd is the bootdisk in the BIOS
