[SOLVED] No option for 144mhz

Hello i got a question here, i've bought 27GL83A LG Monitor ( 144 MHZ Refresh Rate )
Problem is that i cant find 144 MHZ Option to change in Windows ( Im using Win7 ) ( i've also Disabled Adaptive Sync ), the Refresh rates that i find are 59 and 60 Only So how is that!? where are other Options
Switching Adaptive Sync to On Adds a 75 Refresh Rate Option but i cant find 100,120 or 144 MHZ Refresh Rates So whats wrong !!?

Side Note :-
im using GTX 690 GPU With DVI to HDMI Converter
( GTX 690 Having Only 3 DVI of Dual Links) i've read that Dual Links DVI Socket is capable of Delivering 144 MHZ without Problems
i've read Also that DVI to HDMI Converter doesnt Make any problems or limitations on Refresh Rate

quick spec. only display port support 144, hdmi is 100
