[SOLVED] No option for 60hz display on my laptop ?

I have MSI GF65. On this Laptop I have two refresh-rate options to choose. One is 48 hz and the other is 144 hz, but for my work I wanted 60 hz as for the base spot. But I am unable to do so even under advance settings in display settings ? Thank you in advance.

Both Windows and NvidiaCP give same options?

Try Custom Resolution Utility.

Will custom resolution utility work in this case because the MSI support team has said that the refresh rate of the display is a technical index determined during the circuit design of the product.

Not sure with that statement. Could try it or try Rivatuner or Inspector to limit frame rate.
