[SOLVED] No option to enable XMP or DOCP

I have 2x4 gb 2666mhz ram and it was running at 2400mhz. So i heard that you enabled XMP to run at the described speeds. So i go to my bios and there is an XMP option but theres only a disable option. No enable option it just says disabled. I also try to go on ai tweaker on my mobo and there isnt even an option for DOCP. I also have the latest bios. And even when i try to do it manualy it goes through a boot loop. What should i do?

What happens when you click on the down arrow next to the word "Disabled"?
On the bright side, you wouldn't see any noticeable difference between 2400MHz and 2666MHz anyway.

Okay. And when I press the arrow it shows disabled highlighted when there should be a enable option too but there isn't.

2 sticks of 4gb each and yes both are the exact same

Locked cpu on a locked board. The cpu only supports DDR4 2400 and the ram doesn't have a ddr4 2400 profile so there is no option to enable it.

Exact same, or "matched sets"? Matched sets sold in pairs need to be paired up in like-colored DIMM slots for XMP to function
