No option to Log in

Just bought this laptop. It was turned on, I set up a log in account. Now when I turn it on it shows a picture with time and date. If I swipe to go to the login icon, all is blue... nothing there. I haven't had it long enough to have a backup disc made or get anything going besides that... Anyone know how to find the log in?

Try to boot into safe mode by pressing F8 repeatedly as soon as you power up. Go into user accounts and delete any active user accounts aside from the administrator account which it probably won't let you delete. Try to reboot. Or, you can just do a system reset from the boot menu at the same safe mode screen. Was the OS already installed when you got the laptop or did you install it?
