No output to the computer screen

when i turn on the computer there is no output to the computer screen, nothing comes on the screen, but a beep beep sound come on when the computer is turned on

Different beep codes for different computers, and they are usually defined in the owners manual for your computer. Download from manufacturer's site if you do not have one.

Things like this are usually caused by RAM issues, try to reseat it, if that does not work, try a new stick. If that fails, could be motherboard or video card issues. As above, need to check your PC's manual and see what the beep codes mean.
