No overclock on SOLTEK SL-85DRS2

I am runing the above motherboard with a PIV 1.8GHz northwood and 512 mbTwinmos ddr333MHz ram (one stick). Its stable using the 100/133 setting (DDR@133MHz) but I cant even get it to clock to 105MHz on the processor. I might have misunderstod the use of the dip switches versus the bios settings, but...
Any and all help appreciated!
