So i know many people have asked about their pc crashing while gaming but mine is an entirely different case. It always crashes and restarts when i play a game. I've checked the temps while gaming and it's fine. Nothing above 60 degrees celsius. I thought the cooling of my case might be the issue and so i but two case fans for air intake. That didn't help either. Can someone help me?

Agree with mod for another reason... I had a similiar build, with a 970 card, and ran into issues with my 550W brand new PSU though was supposedly in 'spec' for the Power requirement. Yes I tested with just the Mobo, CPU, RAM and GPU, no HDDs power connected at all and just on 'load' for start up had the issues.

I found when I popped to a 750W every issue went magically away. I would recommend no less than a 750W with these sorts of builds has been the repeated fixes I get back in feedback too.
