No packets sent or received

Okay. I have followed tomshardware forever now and now I finally have a problem with my laptop that I couldn't find a solution to. I have a lenovo laptop. Running amd a10. I play a lot of cs go on my system. I have had problems recently with my wifi not connecting to my home WiFi network. It usually happens when I leave it idle for a while. I usually just disable and reenable my wlan adapter. It works. Today morning it didnt. I noticed its not sending or receiving packets anymore. Tried an ethernet connection as well. Same. It is forever trying to identify the network. Hence, no internet access. Tried a lot of things.uninstalled driver then reinstalled. Checked wlansvc and dhcpsvc and dnssvc as well from services.msc restarted as well. Unable to reset pc when I tried to. Don't want to reinstall windows. Is there anything that can be done?
Btw, wifi is working fine on other devices ( laptops and phones).

Did you power cycle your modem and router?

Yes sir absolutely. Powercycled all the internet sources and the laptop too.

I am posting this from my phone because i am unable to use internet on my laptop in any way.

Its a broadcom 802.11ac Network adapter. I have never seen 0 packets sent.
Received as 0, i have seen before but not on the sent packets. Could this be hardware related?
I haven't really dropped or hurt my pc in any way since I bought it.
