no personalization and some other control panel options?

i remember i had more options in 8.1, i could choose which pictures to remove or add from slideshow and some other options. i searched on youtube and i see that other people have more options not just in personalization but control panel overall.

For some reason I can't see the pictures, but I can still help.

in windows 10 ALL personalization is done via PC settings. So make sure you use that instead of control panel or personalization in control panel. Also, make sure windows is activated.
