No picture on Ryzen 1600 pc build.

Hi!
I've recently began to build my first pc but i've got no picture on my monitor (it's working). I've tried the vga and hdmi ports of the graphic card and the motherboard.
I know my motherboard is on because I see the lights and my cpu fan is spinning.
These are my specs:
400w power supply
Ryzen 1600
275 gb m.2 ssd and 1 tb hdd
Radeon r5 230 gpu
8gb ddr4 ram
Asus b350 plus motherboard
I've tried to move my ram to a different slot and I've checked if my gpu is in the right place.
Can someone please help me?

Connecting monitor to motherboard is pointless, as Ryzen does not have integrated graphics.

I've gone through all the stepts of the troubleshooting guide and my problem is still occuring.
