No Place To Screw In GPU

New PC Builder here, I recently placed my MSI Geforce GTX 1060 into the correct PCI slot however I cannot seem to screw the card in at the expansion slots. I have an antec p100 case if that makes any difference.

Why can't you put it in the screw? Is it missing? Is the card not aligning to the hole? Is it actually raised and not properly sitting? Is the card physically bumping into something in the case?

I did some fidgeting and it now properly sits, I think the first time I didnt quite have it aligned correctly and that was causing my attempts at screwing to fail. I appreciate the reply though thanks!
