No plugs on mobo working

Recently bought a new mobo CPU & RAM. After removing my old stuff and plugging in the new The USB sticks are not working, and the screen ports which is in my GPU isn't working either. I'd assume it would be because I put something in the wrong place, but after trying everything, I'm not sure? PC turns on and everything, and stays on, just 0 display 0 ports working.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list them like so:

You may also want to have your system built outside of chassis, i.e: breadboard.
