NO PORTS ARE WORKING! INCLUDING MONITOR

All these components work on different computers but it wont work on Hp Pavillion Desktop. Nothing works! Please Help

If all your add in cards and monitor work in another machine then your power supply, cpu, or motherboard is bad.

The computer worked before, I don't know why it doesn't work now.
