No post after bios flash

Hi! I foolishly flashed my bios when I did not need to, and now the PC will not post.
The red CPU LED is lit up on the mobo.
I tried to clear Cmos, but that did not help. I am trying again now in case I did not take the battery out for long enough.

Gigabyte b450 auros pro.
R7 2700x.
Corsair vengance LPX 16GB 3000Mhz.
MSI g1 gaming Rx 480.
Samsung 860 EVO 500GB.
Samsung 850 EVO 500GB.

Edit: mobo has gigabyte dual-bios™
If the bios flash was the problem, is there a reason it hasn't kicked in?

If under warranty, try returning the board, to be replaced.
