Question No post and beep at start even removing several components

I have a GA-A55-S3P motherboard, AMD Athlon II 641 CPU, Nvidia GTX 650 1GB graphics card

Here's what I've tried:
1:Clearing BIOS
2:Removing all ram (no post/beep)
3:Removing the graphics card (no post/beep)
4:Removing the Hard Drive (no post/beep)
5:Removing the CPU (no post/beep)

when I hit the power switch the fans spins and the CPU becomes hot but I'm still unsure why there is no beep at all. Could it be my CPU fault?

How Quickly is that CPU getting hot, and if you had to guess, how hot is it getting?

In 1 min without heat sink attached to it, the temp of the cpu rose from 33C to 70C
