Hi All,

I am at my wit's end with this issue. I've been running this system for the past 4 years:
OS: Windows 10
CPU: AMD FD8350FRHKBOX FX-8350 125W AM3+ Eight-Core 4.0GHz
Motherboard: Asus M5A99Fx Pro R2.0
250 GB SDD for OS
1TB HDD for Files
GPU: ASUS GeForce 210
RAM: S.Skill Sniper 8GB x 2
PSU: 500W

I haven't had any issues these past four years since building it, and suddenly this past weekend it froze. When I did a hard restart, the system went up to the Windows boot screen and freezes (mid-circle.)

It's similar to this issue: https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/windows-10-freezes-at-loading-screen-dead-cpu.3484336/

Tested the following:
  1. I have no POST Beeps at all. Not even the single Systems OK beep.
  2. I have disconnected all but Keyboard and Mouse USB.
  3. Disconnected all non-essential drives (CD, etc.)
  4. Changed GPUs.
  5. Swapped and tested RAM.
  6. Swapped PSU.
  7. Reset CMOS (Both pin and battery method.)
  8. Attempted to Boot Ubuntu USB (Both regular GUI and Safe mode GUI.) Both freeze at load screen.
  9. Using command line, tested CPU & RAM. Both passed.
The one thing I can do is run Ubuntu on Command Line and run basic Command Line programs such as MemTest86x.

I am at a loss. I don't consider myself an expert, but I have been building systems since my teenage years. So I know my way around. But I can't seem to figure this one out. Any thoughts?
